Low Carbs Healthy Fats (3 of 3 months)

12 Weeks - Commit to 3 months and Pay monthly! This is Month 3:

Attend weekly meetings, teaching you how to embrace a Low Carb and Healthy Fat Lifestyle. These weekly meetings are run by an international life coach who is has a double accreditation as a LCHF coach. Together you will find a way to make this work specific to your lifestyle or hectic schedule.

All meetings are in the form of a face to face group meeting and aim to be about 30 minutes of education, questions and answers. The group will meet at the Elwierda Pharmacy in Weirda Park, Centurion, Pretoria, South Africa. You are welcome to come earlier or stay longer - Amanda will be onsite for 1 hour in total.

You are required to commit to a minimum of 3 months. If things are tough, you will be encouraged and helped to stay on track.

You are encouraged to work hand in hand with your GP or specialist, should you have a medical condition. Alternatively, the pharmacy is available to provide the following services for a small fee:

  • BP monitoring
  • Sugar test
  • Cholesterol test
  • Urine test for Ketones
